The Hammer and the Nail

This is a philosophical thesis about some of the challenges and difficulties involved in interdisciplinary collaboration and problem solving in the ontext of the emerging field of sustainability science. It revolves around issues surrounding the transfer and sharing of problem and its prerequisites as well as the boundaries of disciplines and what it means to overstep those boundaries.
